Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two firms have signed a joint agreement that will convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
